Enrollment Terms
By enrolling in a Pathway Real Estate School course, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Students are responsible for confirming that they meet the State of Florida's eligibility requirements for the real estate license they are pursuing.
Pathway provides educational instruction and licensing guidance but does not determine eligibility for licensure.
2. Attendance requirements
Students enrolled in the 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Live Online Course must complete the required instructional hours in accordance with applicable Florida Real Estate Commission requirements.
Pathway's attendance policy permits up to 8 hours of absence, subject to applicable course requirements.
Any required make-up instruction must be completed and documented before a course completion certificate can be issued.
Students are responsible for notifying Pathway when they anticipate missing a scheduled class.
3. End-of-course examination
Students enrolled in Pathway's live online 63-hour pre-license course must complete the required end-of-course examination.
- The examination is administered in person.
- The examination consists of 100 questions.
- A score of 70% or higher is required to pass under Pathway's stated course policy.
- Students must present a valid government-issued photo identification when requested.
- Students must comply with all examination instructions and academic integrity requirements.
Students who do not pass may request an examination retake in accordance with Pathway's retake procedures.
Pathway allows students up to one year from their original enrollment date to return and retake the final examination, subject to applicable school policies and state requirements.
4. Complimentary course repeat
Students enrolled in the live online 63-hour pre-license course are eligible for one complimentary repeat of the course.
The complimentary repeat is subject to class availability, scheduling, and Pathway's enrollment policies.
This benefit does not guarantee placement in a particular class or waive applicable state education requirements.
5. Course materials
Course materials, including eBooks, study guides, audio summaries, and other educational resources, are provided for individual student use.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without written authorization from Pathway or the applicable copyright holder.

Completion of a Pathway course does not guarantee:
- Passing the Florida real estate state licensing examination.
- Approval of a Florida real estate license.
- Employment or affiliation with a real estate brokerage.
- Any particular income or career outcome.
All licensing decisions are made by the appropriate Florida regulatory authorities.
