Hi, I'm Garaudy Joseph, and real estate isn't something I've just studied — it's something I've lived.
Born and raised in South Florida, I've spent over 10 years helping families achieve homeownership, guiding sellers through major life decisions, and assisting investors in building wealth through real estate.
Today, as a licensed Florida real estate broker, instructor, and founder of Pathway Real Estate School, I'm using that experience to help others begin their own journey in real estate.
Why I Started Pathway Real Estate School
I remember what it was like starting out — studying unfamiliar material, preparing for the exam, and wondering what opportunities a real estate career could bring.
That's why I founded Pathway Real Estate School: to make real estate education more approachable, engaging, and supportive for aspiring agents.
My goal isn't just to help students pass the Florida real estate exam. It's to give them the knowledge and confidence to take their first steps into the industry.
